Exceptionally large and detailed molds were created  to cast chocolates for display in the store of the chocolatier. Imagine the faces of children seeing these large Rabbits and Santas made of chocolate. These molds were made in small numbers and are very rare and very valuable.

Each piece is hand painted, signed and dated by Moni.  When known, the name of the mold maker and approximate date of production are provided.
